Poor service delivery
I'm writing this whilst seated on the uncomfortable bunk chairs of this facility. Time is 18:48pm. I arrived at the premises at 09:00am and till now im still waiting to open a file. The service is poor and the staff is plain rude with attitude. People who were before and after me have left without receiving any help. Is this what government facilities have come to. Instead of helping the nurses are currently sitting in one room gossiping
