My shocking experience at the Daveyton Main Clinic

On Monday the 3rd of October I took someone who had wounds on his body to the Daveyton Main Clinic. It was late in the afternoon around 4/5 pm. The gentleman responsible for opening files was extremely rude. He did apoligise though after I called him to order and gave us direction. (Are such places not supposed to have the kindest and most considerate people because they are dealing with people who are sick.) The process was extermely slow eventhough there were few patients. There was ONE.JUST ONE Doctor on duty. The nurses on duty at that time had no care in the world. They were chatting time away. Towards 6 o'clock one by one nurse was knocking off. I did not see any nurse reporting for duty. Around 6 o'clock Loadshedding came. The whole Daveyton Clinic was in Absolute Darkness. The doctor said that we should wait until the electricity came back. We insisted on him seeing the person that we had brought as he was in terrible pain. He then said that he cannot examine the patient as it was dark. We suggested on using our phone torches for light which we did. That is how the patient was helped. I do not know what happened to the other patients that were in the queue as it was very very dark. The Rest of the other clinics in Daveyton close at 4pm. The Daveyton Main clinic is the ONLY one in Daveyton that operates around the clock and IT HAS NO GENERATOR. What do they do during loadshedding?. Do they go home and come back when the electricity is back on OR?? What if there is an emergency at that time?? Who should be accountable if during that time a Life is Lost??. I am still shocked at the reluctance and speed at which the Daveyton Staff members work at. The Generator issue leaves me Speechless. Is there anyone running that clinic?? What does that Visible slogan displayed there BATHO PELE Mean???
