Refund, feedback and poor after sales service

I bought a new firearm from the DSG shop in pretoria .. I was told that EVERYTHING regarding the registration of the firearm was correct and on DSG dealers code ... but it was NOT .. I couldnt register it because it was never put on their name ..so know I have to pay a 40% refund penalty because they told me it was correct and also they want to sell you the wrong stuff you dont want when requesting a spesific item .. I dont think out of my experience whith them waiting for 12 weeks for answers I will soon be supporting them again like I did .. this is just MY experience
