refund

On the 27th June 2015 i accompanied my brother brother to Dave Sheer gunshop to purchase a Noricho 9mm pistol and made a payment of R1700 as a deposit of the total amount of R4000. The gun licence was declined and on the 25th November the shop advised i will be refunded within the next 2 weeks and took my banking details. <br> we were advised a 40% charge will be taken off and a total of R1020 will be refunded and up to date no refund has occurred. A lady by the name of Hazel advised that her colleague Quinton will do the payment on the 20th Jan which has not materialised, we spoke to Kulani on 26 Jan who advised payment will be done immediatley but nothing has happened and no one has contacted me as i have been contacting them for follow ups.
