Bad experience!!

Bought a pistol a few months ago, and wanted to cancel, and now they come with a 40% cancellation fee, and I can't find it anywhere on there website, and it wasn't even stated on my invoice. Asked one of the employees to send me the return policy, looks like they are finding it difficult to get that.. The GM contacted me, making me sound that I am the wrong one in this.. Not a good company to buy a gun from..
