DateMyAge ****ming people to buy credits

I joined this website a while back didn’t really use it much and I rejoined it beginning of December where I decide to purchase a premium membership only to realise that they **** users into chatting with their so called “popular members” who just keep you logged on by asking the same queuing 5 different ways where you keep typing and repelling with each response the credits end and you are dubbed into thinking they like you yet their premiums are fee or discounted and they are given free credits to chat as per their own rules on their website which I have downloaded and saved . I also bought extra credits to get to send my friends or rather the people I liked last emails and my WhatsApp number before I leave the site the price of the 10 credits indicate R299 yet they charged my apple account R499 why is that??? I have tried to ask them about this **** business and got to learn from them when I complained that I can chat to normal members who kind you are never actively online why is that but the popular members??? I also have a screen shot from a non popular member who has a complaint written on his profile saved which is lap attach for your records
