SHOCKING SUPPORT AND SERVICE

Absolutely shocking company!!! For an IT support and telecommunications company they are shocking. No one returns call! Their sales pitch is great but once you agree on their services, that is where it stops! I have been waiting since Friday for someone to phone back to sort out the problem and nothing! This is just the latest with the fiasco. Previously no internet for days, now no phone lines!
