Refund ****** by MBD/ Data Capital/ Finchoice

If I could I wouldn't give any star. I settled my account in January but the account was overpaid. At first they denied there was a refund and they sent me a statement which reflected the advance amount which they moved to maybe someone's personal account who knows. When I pointed this to them, they sent me forms to fill in for the refund, which I filled and sent back to them along with other documents they needed. This was on the 6th of Feb up to now there has been no response from them. I'm not surprised since they did at first deny there was an advance amount as they wanted to ***** my money. I have a few colleagues that used to work there and they don't have anything nice to say about the company and if they can't treat their people right imagine someone outside the company. I'm really disgusted by them and I just want my money from these ********s. Candice Berg you have gone quiet since my last email about my refund.
