Refund and confirmation letter from Data capital

I have cancelled my contract with this company as I was paying for devices that they didn't even deliver... Now it's been two weeks requesting a confirmation letter for the cancelation but they keep on telling me stories.... I need to get my refund back and the letter it's needed urgently ... Poor service and they always have a new story to tell.
