pay back the money

My name is Khulekani Zwane about 6 months ago i took a contract (Laptop, cellphone and WIFI router) with Data Capital, all of this was to cost me R2000 every month for 24 months, they have been deducting this money from me, however, i have never recieved what was promised to me, i then decided to cancell this contract last month, i was promised the refund on my money by the 7 November 2020 but i did not get my money, when i contacted them on Tuesday (10 november 2020) i was told they are proccessing it and i should be getting the money latest wednesday (11 November 2020) they did not keep their promise. today a lady by the name of Palesa Trudy Senne ***) called to try and make me reconsider my cancellation and i told her i want nothing to do with their company and i need my money. she said i will not be getting it today maybe i will get it on the 15 of November. please assist me to get my money back
