Bad service

I have a contract with data capital, which I canceled due to poor service, they delivered wrong things which I was not opting for after, they were deducted money for four months without the product. Now I have canceled the contract and they are still deducting without the product service at hand. I've been calling them but I am struggling to find them. They promised me to cancel my contract and I asked them to send me a proof in writing but still nothing. Please help me.
