Pathetic

i orderer fibre from this company. One week later when i enquired i was told that dash fibre cannot complete my order as per their installers reasoning. Salesman then makes it almost impossible for order to get completed knowing they cannot complete my order. Now they say as i cancelled the order i have to pay a cancellation fee. They cannot provide a service and still want me to pay for their issue. Utterly disgusted by their attitude and lack of customer service. Looks like they just out for a quick buck
