One star is one too many.

This is one star too many!!! If you are looking around at Fibre ISP's to install....steer far FAR away from this website. On their website, I needed to add my contact details (name, surname, ID, phone number, address - no banking details) in order for someone to contact me...as one usually does. I never booked for installation or signed anything for them to come and install, I merely added my details so that someone would contact me and we could chat more about them as an ISP. Now they are trying to charge me R699. For what, I have no clue whatsoever. Apparently because I added my contact details and this constitutes as booking for installation and cancelling. So I suppose I am being charged for enquiring??? Just thought others should know, if you are searching for ISP's, don't go near this one.
