Do not ask for information from fibre companies

I made an enquiry about fibre with this company. No movement on the fibre, and I decided that, given the fact that I have LTE of 10 gigs per month, and have access to data at work, I would not require fibre at this stage, as I cannot afford it. They, without any service, have insisted that I pay a month worth at R560 and after I engaged with them numerous times, they have "handed me over" for service I did not get. Surely this, according to most reasonable thoughts, is *******?
