I was very adamant to sign up for their Fiber ISP service! Their prices are awesome! However, I firstly had a simple one question request too them, which they rep**** with "Nothing is wrong with the order system", to which I sent a screenshot of the problem and asked a single second question. After 3 days of no response I logged on to their site and entered the "Live Chat" dialog. I was told that I am #1 in the cue and waiting time is 4mins.... 3 hours later I just quit their site and am now staying with my slightly more expensive but reliable ISP. Great job guys...
