Unprofessional staff, unreliable service

Disappointed, frustrated. I have been tolerating the slower than expected internet speed and the daily interruption in service. Today I reached my limit when I got an email notifying me that my account has been blocked as I owe an amount (for a period of time that DashFibre was not providing a service to me). Despite email communication that I sent to them and received communication no one did what I asked for in the time that was promised. I have also noted that some of the staff members (eg. Cherise Boshoff) also write "positive" reviews on Google Reviews, so the current score of 3.3 / 5 is not a true reflection - Conflict of Interest? Questionable ethics?
