Terrible phone etiquette and very unprofessional

Absolutely Terrible telephone manners. You can call them from the second they open and your calls don't get answered for hours. If by luck you do get through to them they tell you "sorry everyone is busy and we'll call you back" and then proceed to not phone you back for days. A simple problem such as line activation has taken me numerous days and uncountable phone calls and my problem is no closer to being sorted out than before my first phone call. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. If you are looking for a business with customer support please go look elsewhere.
