Giving clients the run around- sies

I hate that I have to resort to such measures, but here it goes! I'm honestly only giving 1 because there isn't a rating that's any lower. My line has been down since last week, as a person who runs a home office, this is really financially crippling not being able to meet client deadlines because of a run around I'm being given by Dash Fibre and Vumatel. DAY 6 of being told "it's being escalated" then suprise suprise I get told by vumatel that on their side it says my line is "pending installation". Ive been with dash fibre for over 6months and to be given bull**** excuses then to be told the service provider side that my account has been deactivated.
