Dash fibre service is bad

Hi iv been with dash fibre for the past 3 months it's been working ok but 3 weeks now with no service when I call and send emails they say they working on it this has been long without service yet I pay every month I'm not happy with dash fibre they don't even answer calls when u call for help I'm tired of calling and sending emails for service..
