Dash Fibre is horrible

I did an online application with this company a few months ago for fibre connection. I never heard from them since and now I am getting calls from credit companies saying I owe my account and the money keeps increasing. I called them and they told me they sent me emails and reminders to activate the account so that I may get an installation however I went through my emails and not a single email from them. This was a terrible experience as I really wanted this product but the customer experience is horrible and now I owe money for a product I did not receive. I will not recommend this company to anyone and warn people research reviews of companies before attempting to take up any product.
