Dash Fibre is horrible

Horrible service. They advertise 7-14 days for installation. I have only received my router and connection after more than a month of waiting, they recommended that I borrow a router in the mean time. Every time I call they have different excuses, when I threatened to cancel the contract and use a different ISP it the WIFI was up and working within a day.
