When lockdown 4 began and I was able to move into a new house, Dash Fibre was the only one who could get me online after a month's struggle with many other ISPs - their support was and continues to be top!

They phone when you log a ticket, and they phone and follow up again after tickets are resolved, I find this to be the best support I've ever received from a company!

You get emails when they know there are issues with a network.
