Avoid DANFix: Dishonesty

Absolutely avoid Danfix at all costs. This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. He came recommended by the Waterfall Estate Group, which makes it even more disappointing, as that referral clearly carries no credibility.

He took payment upfront for a Siemens GSD hob repair and then failed on every level. He was completely unreliable, repeatedly dishonest about his progress, and consistently gave misleading updates. The problem was never resolved, and there was zero accountability. We paid him and he has simply disappeared with our money.

This is not just poor service—it’s outright unprofessional and deceptive conduct. I would strongly caution anyone against using him.
