ZERO ASSISTANCE RECEIVED - TAKE YOUR MONEY AND MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO COMPLETE STUDIES

I am studying through Damelin correspondence college and my studies were paid IN FULL by my work organisation. I am in my 2nd year and have received the WORST assistance or rather NO ASSISTANCE. I registered to write 2 exams over the June / July period. I did not receive my approval to write my exams, I had emailed, and called on numerous occasions and no one bothered to respond. I did not write my exams because of this and then 2 months later received a statement of results showing 0 for both exams. I have now once again been trying to get hold of anybody at the college, mail after mail with no response. When you call you hold for 45min and then the call cuts. The other number on the website keeps saying that the box is too full and call ends. I can not afford to take a day off work to go to the campus and sort out - that is why I am studying via correspondence - but the assistance is non existent. I submitted an assignment in June and to date it has not been marked. I have now app**** to write 2 exams in November / December and I have STILL not received my acceptance to write and the one Exam I want to write is the one not marked. My fees have been paid in full I do not owe Damelin a cent... but am unable to even complete my diploma because of this AWEFUL service. Do I need to log a complaint with the Ombudsman and Education Services? Damelin is so quick to sell their product, once they receive their money they ghost students. I am not the only student going through this there are so many of my fellow students experiencing the exact same pathetic service. I will not recommend Damelin Correspondence College to anyone and will scream it from the roof tops. I NEED ASSISTANCE I AM BEHIND BY AN ENTIRE YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is Damelin CC purposely delaying with assistance so that the course can expire and a student needs to start from scratch and pay from scratch? THAT IS *****!!!!!
