You passand pay but no certificate

I Did a Diploma in Paralegal 2022 I passed all 3 assessments including exams and got all 3 results individually. I am not owing a cent but till now I have not received my finaly results nor certificate I have been calling non stop no one helps me I forwarded all 3 results no feedback nothing now 2023 is finished still no certificate I even went to their Durban branch they just said they wil send an email till now no certificate and the contact center staff are so rude
