Yet again no follow up feedback

So I logged a complaint in May because no one phoned me back with my results as they told me they would. Russel phoned me the 15th May (Friday), with 4 of my 6 results after my complaint. After sending it via e-mail, he told me that I should e-mail him by the Tuesday (19 May) if I did not get feedback for the other two results, and that I should just please give 48 hour turn around time. So I rep**** on his e-mail on Tuesday. It is the 2nd of June, it is 9-10 working days since my e-mail... I think I waited long enough for those results. And I am NOT phoning again because it takes my time, my money, and then I still don't get feedback. I have to complain each time before I get noted. PLEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASE can I get my two outstanding results??
