wrong name written on my award

Hi<br> <br> My student number is 420455, i have completed a course in Business Law with your campus. I honestly thought the last report I wrote about you (DCC) would be my last complain about you guys, but I guess I was wrong. Here I am again I got my award after waiting for it for 7 months and they had written a wrong name on my award. DCC has all my personal details, that's the reason I fail to understand why a wrong name was written on my award. I gave the award back to the DCC staff and I haven't even heard a reply. I regret studying with you. DCC used to be a reputable institute but lately your closest distance learning rivals are a cut above your campus. Please just rectify the issue so that I can get my award and we part are ways. To be brutally honest I just pray hard to both get my award and never to cross paths with you guys (DCC). Mot longer want to be affiliated with you so please just sort this mess out.
