wrong info given

In 2014 January a consultant at DAMELIN by the name of Caroline assisted me.Caroline advised me to register for IBS and asked me to send all my documents.The company that I used to work for paid R10 000 in Damelin's acc & the course fee was R8195,I asked Caroline that the balance from the R10000 should be deposited into IBS account because I wanted to register for exams,She said i should speak to the accounts department, when i called the lady by the name of Geraldine van heerden answered & i explained my situation,she said i must send the letter from my company & proof of payment and complete a refund form.My company wrote a letter authorising Damelin to refund me and credit my bank account,i emailed her the documents she asked for before August last year and every time i called her she would say she never received my docs,i've got proof to show that my emails went through,so couldnt register for October exams.2015 January i called IBS to register for the May exam & i spoke to Leonora and she asked to email her my qualifications,she asked why did i register for IBS because i qualify for CIS?I SAID I WAS ADVISED TO REGISTER IBS.I need a refund so i can register for CIS.
