Wrong course registration

I am a student of Damelin, I have almost registered for the incorrect course on the 19 of January 2024. I spoke to an advisor who was processing my application, upon filling out the application I made payment for the registration. After making the payment I realized that I had almost completed the registration on the incorrect course. As I was rectifying my mistake I got ahold of an advisor from Damelin online to assist me with the correct course. I requested that Damelin correspondance refund me for the registration I had paid. I emailed customer care and they gave me the email for the refunds department who advised me to speak the advisor who was assisting me with the wrong course. I emailed the advisor and she said she will get back to me. Till now I have not yet received an email or call regarding my refund.
