Written exam with no Reward

<p>I requested a reward from damelin correspondence and it was advised that a reward request takes 10 weeks the first request was sent 23/03/2016 on the 03/05/2016 i called spoke to Nicolete Lawson was advised my request was never sent tru I need to email her everything wich i did on the 3/05/2016 12 weeks later (13/07/2016) I called spoke to Nadia who seems very uninterested in helping clients she told me my reward is still not available and Nicolete is not there she only read the mail yesterday and sent the request yesterday to the accounts department . I asked if she only read the mail yesterday how is it possible that she rep**** on the same day 03/05/2016 advising me forms were submitted she could not answer I asked her does she think its fair that Damelin expects us to pay on time but we never get our things on time she did not answer instead said I need to wait another 10 Weeks REALLY!!!!!this is unacceptable for an institution as big as Damelin there is no communication no procedure to ensure your students are satisfied is this really an institution based on people and their needs or money!!!!!</p>
