Worst Student Support and WORST correspondence school ever!

To this day, I'm still waiting for someone, anyone to get back to me! I've sent email upon email. Made calls to "support staff" that tell me, to send an email! The student portal is not working, how must I tell whether my assignment has been received, marked and if I can move on??? My course is fully paid for, I'm supposed to write my final sometime next year, I don't know when because NOBODY GETS BACK TO ME!!!! I can't move on to summative assessments because I don't know if the formative assessment has been accepted! For goodness sakes man! I've paid my dues, just mark my work and get back to me so I can carry on, write my final exam and be rid of this institution!
