WORST SERVICE FROM DAMELIN CORRESPONDENCE COLLEGE

I regret taking a course with DCC, I'll start with their Student Advisor Consultants: They are not kind, they are arrogant and do not make an effort to resolve any query you have at the time. 2ndly the exam results: Ever since I have been writing exams with them, Damelin has NEVER sent all modules I wrote. I constantly Have to keep calling to get all my modules. Lastly: Their Floor supervisors/Managers never wan to take a call to resolve any query.

The one that blew my mind is when I asked the consultant when will I get my Academic Record, she told me I will have to call in and request it, ONTOP OF CALLING FOR MY RESULTS I STILL HAVE TO RUN AFTER THEM TO GEET MY ACADEMIC RECORD. Why Should I have to call? Why does Damelin have to be run after with things that I should get easily? Do they not have a system that lists all students that have completed the course? YOH I AM SO ANNOYED. THE 3 YEARS I SPENT WITH THEM HAS BEEN THE WORST!!!!!!!!
