WORST SERVICE EVER RECEIVED

This has been the worst experience I have ever had. Sales team is great even though they do lie a bit so that you can actually register with them but from there on its nothing but hell. No support at all throughout your journey, all you receive is a flash drive with outdated study material with files been ******* as well. They switched to SharePoint over lockdown took me about 8 months to login as they had never set me up properly, only to find that the study material uploaded on there had ******* files as well. They do not provide online lectures or even just saved videos to help you properly understand, google videos posted by Rhodes University lecturers is what I had to use to help me despite paying DCC for this service. You never receive results for assignments submitted or the marked assignment back to see where you went wrong. I have requested additional support multiple times but nothing. Exam papers also never returned, exam timetables you have to beg for like now I am supposed to start exams this week but have not received a timetable despite having paid in full a month ago can never get hold of anyone telephonically been trying daily but on hold for over an hour each time. I would not recommend DCC to anyone wishing to study.
