Worst service ever...no correspondance

I've registered with Damelin correspondence college last year, the were very friendly, but after payment they just forgot about me. No correspondence regarding exam timetables or assessments marked. Now, after requesting a timetable (that they should have already sent to me by now), I have received it and my exams is next month (April). How on earth was I supposed to know the exams will be next month with no correspondence received??<br> <br> Also, no luck on their telephone lines, I was dropped twice trying to get feedback, and also no feedback via email or I wait 3 weeks for an email feedback. <br> <br> How will I get student feedback and correspondence??<br> <br> Can someone please refer me to a higher person and not \customer care\"??<br> <br> We have one of 2 options...<br> 1. Assist me with the correct and relevant information timeously without me trying to do your job correctly, or<br> 2. Give me a refund, because I have barely used your service.<br> <br> I will take this matter further because I don't want to study with an institution that places more stress on a student and fail because of the lack of communication."
