Worst Service ever.

This is a the worst experience I have ever had with a College.

I enrolled for a Higher Diploma: Executive Assistant NQFL7 in 2024 it is supposed to be a 3year course.

You never get any suport or feedback from them. And when they do answer your emails it is about 2 months too late. When you try to call them you just get cut off.

I have been locked out of the student portal for months now.

And from last year november I stopped getting emails for the exam registrations.
