WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I registered with Damelin on the 10.04.2019 and i was told that my study material will reach me within 21 days. Needless to say, i have not yet received anything as yet. I have been trying to call Head Office, they keep on putting me through to student services, where absolutely nobody answers there phones.

I want my registration to be cancelled and will find myself another institution to study with, this is absolutely pathetic that i can not get hold of anybody. I want my deposit to be refunded to me with immediate effect as i am no longer interested to further my studies with such a pathetic institution that can not evern answer there phoned for days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
