Worst service ever

Damelin customer service,.....the worst service ever. They care before they receive the money, afterwards it's all the same. Calls not answered, no lecturers, no student support, IT support not in use 2 years still trying to finish 1 year's modules, no one ever knows anything, no communication. Welcome me asking for my refund... Submitted, no one has bothered to follow up, instead they keep on sending emails and messages that I'm owing only to find out that no has ever looked into my query, at has been stashed up somewhere. The person who promised to help now not responding.... I don't recommend anyone at allllll. Damelin is just a joke, don't go even for a short course
