Worst Institution ever

I am very dissatisfied with the level of service you provide. Registered with you in 2019 .back and forth emails of me requesting study material and examination confirmation .I paid you the full course amount but you did not deliver .emails getting lies when providing feedback .I call your rude customer care they tell me I forfeited the money while it's your fault for not responding to my queries. I want my money back or resume my course !!!!@
