WORST INSTITUTION EVER

This is my story, I am a student with Damelin for the past 3 years, I have endless problems with DCC, Last year my exam papers were "lost" which I had to rewrite. I haven't had any results sent to me for exam papers that I wrote, DCC student portal doesn't work I logged a complaint on the 28/04/2020 and to date I haven't received anything. I spoke to Damian from the student consultants who advised me that the exam and assignment dates has been extended to the 15/05/2020 but I haven't received any communication about this. I have wasted 3/4 years of my life at this useless institution also I have paid DCC +-R30,000.00 with a credit of R450 I wouldn't recommend Damelin to my worst enemy this institution is useless and this isn't even half of my story, I want all my money back in full and want to leave this useless institution, Damelin made me look like a fool infront of my employer for the past 3/4 years , I have a module "SA TAX" that isn't on my USB or on the student portal, I've been told the system will update in 2018 and 2 years later this useless place is still updating the system. All I want is my money back and to leave this place.
