Worst ever!!!!!!

Firstly if there was an option for a 0 rating I would choose 0 because even one is too much for this institution. My husband registered for the architecture course which is a 2 year higher diploma course. He started the course in 2018 and up to the current date has recieved no info about graduation and the issuing of his diploma after he recieved his results which were successful. He had to send millions of emails for his results to be issued and corrected and they kept making the exact same mistakes. He even escalated it to the COO. It has been a total burden constantly having to email ridiculous institution and still nothing? I can not actually believe they still open! All his fees are paid and they weren't to LAZY to deduct monthly. My question is are these people even competant to be called a tertiary institution. They have no ethics at all. Very unprofessional. How do u go to work everyday and not reply to emails and when you choose to reply you still make the same mistake. I would never recommend this institution to anybody please don't register and waste your money. Go elsewhere!!!!
