Worst College Ever

Damelin is the worst college ever. it has now been almost two years that I have been trying to get them to refund me the money that is owed to me and every time they tell me they are waiting for finance department for a date on which the money will be paid to me. They ignore my emails and when they do actually respond it is with the same message of "They're waiting for the finance department"

This is totally unacceptable
