Worst college ever

Over a month ago i appealed to the review committee and still have had no feedback since. So maybe putting it on here, maybe then ill get a response.

I would like to appeal to the Review Committee’s decision with regards to my cancelation request.

All the findings stipulated in the cancelation email is not true.

· The reason the request was received outside the “cooling period” was due to the fact that I was determined to study. I was determined to make it work with Damelin. I put so much effort in to try and seek assistance and guidance and did not want to give up, as obtaining my matric has been a desperate goal I have been trying to achieve. After a year of dismay I finally decided to throw in the towel as it was now clear that there was no assistance from any and every department within Damelin.

· Your findings state that I have had access to all tutorial and support services offered by the college since enrolment. If this was the case, I would have been all too eager to stay with the college. They could not even assist with exam registrations let alone tutorial and support service. These were not available, at all, the entire time. All I got was promises to be called back, sent from pillar to post and asked to hold or we don’t deal with matric issues, even when calling the correspondence department. The only time I ever got “ok” service was prior to enrolling with the college. After that I was left in the dark and not one person knew how to assist.

· There was not once an opportunity afforded to me to transfer my course. Again another blatant lie. I could not get help with anything.

· Yes Damelin did send study material. The INCORRECT study material THREE times. This also took a very long time to sort out as there was no assistance or responses. Communication from the college comes when and if they feel like it.

In closing, again, I would like to re-iterate that I would never have requested for cancelation or a refund if I was treated properly and got the service and opportunity that was promised before enrolling. It has been such a disappointment and a big setback when it comes to my studies and career I am trying to work towards and achieve. This has been such a difficult and emotionally challenging battle with Damelin. And the college still does not see the struggle I have had to endure and still try to remain positive that this institution is still a great one. I would like this appeal to be regarded as urgent. I would like a full refund. I will not pay any more towards this cancellation. I have lost enough already.
