Worse service of my life, I want my money back ASAP

<p>I registered at this institution and didn't get any material for months when I cancelled it took several months for my cancellation to be attended to , now I have been waiting for my refund for over a year and I was lately told it would be paid before the end of May But still nothing and I can not get any straight answer from the Advisors.</p> <p> </p> <p>They keep saying they're waiting for their General manager to sign and he seems to be never Available!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>The worst institution ever.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am livid never in my life will I deal with these people EVER. Pay my money back ASAP please.</p>
