Won’t be able to study

I took a step to start with my study again after so many years, I registered with damelin Online.. I wanted to study teaching grade R.. later during the process I discovered that the course I chose was not what’s required for me to be working at a school, i then sent an email to Suwan asking if it’s possible to switch to another one course this one is only a short programme coz I wanted a certificate. He ignored my emails and only rep**** on my 2nd/3rd one when I was telling him to cancel the course. I then took a step yesterday to call them, only to find out I have to pay for a cancellation fee that I didn’t know about, amounting to R2000something.. how is this my fault when I tried to reach out no one assisted me? Now I have to pay this huge amount that is supposed to be for my studies, the little money that I had saved for my studies is being ripped away from me. I am supposed to be registering for this course with my money but damelin online wants to take an opportunity for me because of their simple ignorance.. not attending to me when I needed their to change the course. This money they debited me.. how when i cancelled their program? The sad thing is that I didn’t even do any of their modules,no assignments none whatsoever.. my heart is beyond hurt!!
