Won't give my refund of R7000.00

Russell from Damelin called me 2 weeks ago, but could not resolve my problem. He promised to call me back after the Easter weekend, I'm still waiting for that call. I phoned Damelin again this morning, Felicia says Mr. Choundree still hasn't approved the payout of my refund. She refused to put me through to Russell, said he's on a call. I just cannot believe that Mr. Choundree is not ashamed of the bad service his students receive, he just doesn't seem to care!!!<br>
