Why the government still allows Damelin to operate when they destroy peoples live with their **** contracts

i registered with them in January 2016 , and everything was quick and smooth as they were still after my money . paid about R3000 for deposit as i was paying for my wife as well , after being confirmed as student in February the study material arrived in April despite their contract stating material will be delivered within 21 days after being confirmed as a student . Never received help from the so called ********** lectures , writing an e-mail is a waste of time the only reply you get is from the automated reply . Exam time came we were clueless on what is going on , made several attempt trying to find out what is the process of exam fee and finding the venue and found this one Rude consultant and told us my exam venue is in Durban from Richards bay . Got frustrated attempted to cancel they told me its impossible then i opted to change the course hoping i will find different people on the other field , they charged me transfer fee and never changed my course . I became very angry not knowing what to do do next regretting everyday the in August 2016 i began to cancel and out of frustration of not getting any positive response in everything i try with them i stopped their debit to force them to call me of which they obviously did wanting their money i was paying for nothing . I then asked them to attend to my cancellation letter as i did follow the process i read on their contract and they never did . Its been 2 years and im still getting threatening calls and sms from mbd on their behalf and now they went far as handing the account over saying i owe them about R 11 000 . Account listed as student loan of which i dont remember the word loan brought forward during the registration . National credit act seriously need to dig in and investigate these people terms and conditions for e.g let me brake down why im owing them so much and see if the reflection really worth it , I make a call and register ,pay deposit ,and got a study material delivered late (part of their contract they broke) . Material consist of a USB with some non helpful guide and bunch of question papers i normally get for free at my new college . No reply to help , no written assignments , failed to get help on registering for exam then , Stop paying after six months then BOOM i owe R11 000 (Mind you im the one who is entitled to refund due to getting a service i signed for). Scroll the list of hello peter and tell me if bad service and not being able to cancel isn't the most complaint about the college. This strategy is making them money its not like they not aware of it my concern is the National credit act to allow desperate South Africans to be victims of such ****s. Damelin is not a college ,by name they are but their focus and priority is their finance department . I pay all my bills and in time and this one im not going to submit to ********** till the court answer me what to do when you dont get what you paying for. Damelin will pay my money!!!
