Why are we still waiting for OUR money???

I wrote a review about Damelin owing my fiance his refund few months back. We are still waiting. We have been waiting since 2017! Tried to send as many emails as possible to all email addresses we could find, but somehow the problem is not seen to. If they do not pay the refund out by end of this week, we will have to take legal action. We are so sick and tired of waiting, and we were told to phone a number, but then that person sends us to another person, etc ect, and different people are telling us different things. Why must we waist our time to call everywhere to check progress, when Damelin should know what is going on, and they must make an effort to find out what is going on if they don't.
