Where is the rest of my study material

I have not received the bulk of my study material as yet,I have been waiting since last year. Dispatch department is ignoring my query, sent numerous e-mails and called the call centre a lot, no one gets back to me, tried calling management today 5 times, calls keep getting cut. My student no is 420986, I need the study material asap, I am very disappointed with their service especially considering that my payments are up to date with them.
