WHEN WILL WE GET PROPER SERVICE FROM DCC?????

I don't understand why this college is like this. I have registered and my employer paid my full tuition fees for my course over a month ago. Now it's all silence coming from them. They don't return calls, they don't respond to emails. They don't update clients. It's a mess. When is something going to be done with this college because I see only negative comments about them. It's frustrating man.
