<p>Been waiting on a refund for 6 months after its been said to take 8 weeks. Processes are terrible. Staff not helpful nor s****ed to deal with issues and are also evasive. The back office is just as if not even worse as the front line staff (which is uns****ed lecturers with no facilitation s****s). Worse choice of ever. </p>
